You also need the kerbweight of your car.  Do bear in mind that, although the max towing weight may be 1200Kg, that would not be the weight of caravan you can tow.  Caravans are different, mainly because they are high sided and prone to wind induced movement.

Ideally, the MTPL of the caravan should not exceed 85% of your car's kerbweight.

That seems to be about 1088Kg.  If your MIRO is correct, I would expect the van to have an MTPLM low enough to tow with this car.

The caravan should have a plate with these figures indicated.  It would be good to look for that.

Jim's correct regarding weights etc.
The Rover has a kerbweight of just 1310kgs, which equates to an 85% match of 1113kgs.
Given the MIRO you've quoted, I'd have thought the Elddis should be within weight, but I can't find any specific data for the model you've given.
Can you not simply check weight with the seller?

Hi Jim Paul thanks for your help but the only the  info i have from the seller is the Miro as stated above , I an guessing that the extra weight is around 220 kilos max load [ total load 1037 ]from info gained from others unfortunatly the seller does not know the full max weight. Looking at my manual Quote - approx unladen vehicle weight [ full tank excluding options] petrol cars 1255-1335kg. Max towing weight - allowing the vehicle to start efficiently on a gradient with two occupants [braked trailer1220kg. Towing hitch downward load 70kg. note any additional weight such as luggage should be deducted from the max towing weight quoted .Hope this makes sense because i am completly baffled George.

Forget the max tow, use the 1088 figure.
I think you may be looking at gross train weight when you say luggage needs to be taken into account. Of course, with the noseweight of the van, you need to be aware of how much you put in the boot, so you don't exceed your rear axle limit.
