There are two reports on two different forums I go on, both stating nothing but problems with this company. It appears that "customer service" has gone out of the window.

Good quotes but, as LlaniDavis says, poor communications - hard to get hold of.

very bad, appalling to be honest, i had 30 days to send in my documents which i did but after 2 weeks they said they never received them and cancelled my policy leaving me with no insurance as had to pay a cancellation fee.
