I have double axle Buccaneer weighing in at almost 2 tons loaded and I have a 90 degree turn into my drive way from a narrow road that's on a slight incline. I've got four motor movers fitted and they struggle to make the turn due to tyre scrub. I hose down the road each time I go in and out to provide some lubrication to ease the tyre scrub, but the motor movers struggle and I'm concerned that if ever one of the fails I'll be stranded blocking the road.
I've seen some really smart motor movers in the USA that fasten to the tow hitch and have enough power to spin around a 747. Has anyone bought or seen a suitable piece if kit in the UK? I've seen some items myself on the net, but they all depict 2 wheel vans on flat surfaces, which are easy enough to move by hand. I need much more power, maybe even 230v.
