just got our new Tiguan.  Have read somewhere that it is recommended to put some miles on the clock before towing so we are just doing this at the moment.  Tow bar is going on this week (over £500 yikes).  Sure all the expense will be worth it.  Does anyone have any experience of towing with a Tiguan?  Diary is busy at the moment so it will be May before we get the chance to take the van out.  Can't believe we are having such a late start to the season.

The advice with any new car is to clock up at least 1,000 miles before towing.
