yes,be careful,im sure our 2003 scenic,old shape,facelift model,1.9 dci can only tow 1250kg max.wife at work with it so cant check handbook,but they cant tow much.personally i would not get a scenic.the heater is rubbish,only blows hot if you have it on full power,not good in winter,you can never keep the windows demisted
