My mate had his taken from an L200 parked outside his house recently, his insurers made him go through a recognised repairer & the had his truck over three weeks.

My mates cat was cut out of the exhaust system, they must use something like a plumbers pipe cutter because he told me the cut was very clean.

He was annoyed because his insurers wanted an approved repairer to replace the thing. They collected his truck leaving him with a car which he had for over three weeks while they exhaust was sorted out.
