I am a complete caravan newbie and have decided to take the plunge and get a van.
What are the best towing mirrors for a renault laguna?
Ive seen a variety of different types!

This topic has been covered many times but the Milenco Aero mirrors are always a favourite with many on here and you can also use them if you change your vehicle. I have tried about 4 different types and I have found these to be the best. Not the cheapest but a good investment if you are only going to buy them once.

Slight variation. I use the Milenco GRAND Aeros. Brilliant.

There are different variations of the Milenco towing mirrors regarding the shape to suit all tastes but the clamp fittings are identical that you get no vibration providing that the two mirror clamping screws are located as far apart from each other as possible.
