we have just got this car and  are thinking of getting a caravan .cant seem to find the kerbside weight for it so we can match a caravan? any ideas?

we have been caravanning for many many years so experienced towers.

Kerbweight and towing limits should be there.

Kerbweight and maximum tow will be very close though.

About 1200kg for both.

also check the max nose weight for the towbar, i had a 04 focus and it was 50kg, not a major problem but worth bearing in mind.

The minimum kerbweight of the Focus 1.8 petrol is 1139 kgs. so calculating a match of 85% = 968 kgs. and 90% = 1025 kgs. so at least it gives you a basic guide regarding the weight of caravan you are looking for. Hope this helps.
