Well them are the only calls we get..8.30 this morning this time..does any one else get calls and nothing Is going on ?

I guess you mean phantom phone calls - when no one is on the line. I think pretty much everyone gets them. Around 1pm and 6pm seems to be a popular time.

Lol ...no we get the calls from phantom saying the alarm in the van is going off...but van is .fine...think something kids up with alarm..it's just gone of again !! Won't be renewing next year...

Yep early evening on Friday saying alarm was going, it wasn't as I had it switched off since Wednesday when they had also phoned to say it was going off.
They said on Friday we need to speak to their technical dept. on Monday.

we have the phantom pro active traker on our van, fitted new 2 years ago, not really had a problem, then last year we didnt get a call when i disconnected the leisure battery, then in November last year i put our van into storage & removed the battery, still no call to this day to say we have had a battery disconnection on the van, i have a tracker on my range rover, a different make smart trak, had to have a new battery fitted before xmas, i was in the range rover garage & smart trak called to say i had a bettery disconnection on the car lol, but they were on the ball.
