I have got some towing mirrors that stick to the glass of my cars mirrors by suction - the only problem is that sometimes they come loose - is there a way to improve the suction? Moisten it or not? clean the mirrors or not?
Failing this what other mirrors could I use? I like the stick on ones as they work well with the electric mirror motor for fine adjustment.

The towing mirrors you have are actually called 'Suck it And See' but the best I have used and many others on here too are the Milenco 'Grand Aero' mirrors.
I use Milenco Aero mirrors, 2 screw clamps on the top lip of the mirror, worked well on my Citroen C5 and now Skoda. Vibration free, secure and easy to adjust.
Hi, make sure that your car mirrors are clean and grease free, moisten the suction pads slightly before putting them onto the mirror, make sure that you tighten them up as much as you can, hope that this helps, I use these mirrors for towing.and find them quite good.
i use the suck it and see ones on my picasso and they are quite good although the first time i used them i lost one on the A14,forgot to attach the elastic loop around my mirror, but i do find they vibrate a bit and i miss being able to use the car mirror as well,i was considering the grand aero ones but was concerend about the clamping arrangement would the top of the picasso mirror which can come off support the weight of a mirror, anyone use the grand aeros on a picasso?.
