The Al-Ko hitch lock can. When not connected to car a plastic ball is locked into the hitch, on the towbar it locks on, they are simple to fit and remove.

There are probably alternatives such as Bulldog or Milenco which may be suitable.

I have an Alko hitchlock which can be used when towing but was advised by the dealer supplying my caravan NOT to use it when in transit, in the event of an accident or something untoward happening to the van or tow vehicle it will be time consuming/impossible to unhitch the van. apparently this advice is from the emergency services.

If we stop at a motorway services one of us stays with the van, don't forget you are carrying your own toliet with you.
