Hi, I'm sorry if this is nosey but I am genuinely interested/confused. I'd always believed that you got back the same categories you were entitled to when you passed. So I cannot understand why you're without C1, C1E (107), D1 (101), D1E (101). The only time, afaik, that they take those categories away from pre-97 drivers is if they have medical reasons. So I wonder if perhaps the DVLA made a mistake in not giving you those categories too. I should point out that I'm not in anyway legally trained. But, if I were you, I would do a bit of research to find out whether you have indeed been unfairly robbed of extra licence categories.
