And the motor trade gets so much stick. What other industry would invite you to return your 13 year old product and fix it for free just in case it might go wrong?

A bit of a non story I reckon. Many of these motors will be scrapped crashed & knackered and there have been barely any problems with the air bags.

Errrrr excuse me!!!!! Both of our cars fall within the time period and both are now on Nissan's list to be notified if we need the new air bags!

Neither of them have been crashed or are knackered I will have you know.

them almeras are bullet proof too, apart from the front brace prone to russting (foolish drainage from the bonnet)

and the honda crvs even more so.

It is indeed Phathamster, only 76,000 miles on a 2001 reg and never gives bother. My X Trail is on an 02 and so far so good.
