Hi can anyone advise me on whether these are good for towing or not . I tow a Abbey 214 gt 2 birth 1046 kgs. thanks

I have just come back from hols and i saw this
Volkswagen Touran 2.0 TDI
Fleetwood Heritage 560/4 unladed 1280KG
                         Laded   1480kg
So i think you should have no problems with your Match/ look on Outfit Towing and check the reveiws on Towcar info..

Thanks, i'm sure the match is ok, but was wondering how they were as a tow car and is there any problems i should be aware of and look for before buying one. I did look at a Nissan x trail but my budget will only stretch to the model that has the turbo problem and don't fancy falking out for a new turbo should it decide to blow,

I have a 2012 Seat Altea XL TDI DSG SE with the same engine and so far it has been great Towing no problem what so ever
Have a look at the Reviews on What Towcar and that should help you. .A friend had one from new he kept it for 3 years with motability with no problems what so ever..

I towed with the exact same car for 3 years before getting the Santa as we were buying a bigger van. The van at the time was 1200kg fully loaded, with 4 people and 4 bikes on the roof. It was a brilliant tow car had no issues on hill starts or long hills, really good and practical car with 30mpg plus if carefull.
Would happily recommend
