That may be the case bob, but the labour would be the same. There are also reported issues with single flywheels giving other problems, not least snapped crank shafts and clutches lasting under 3000 miles. I spent the extra and fitted a quality DMF when mine went a few weeks ago as I didn't want to do it again.
£380 for LUK flywheel that should see the car out or £210 for a cheap single mass one that probably won't last, will cause vibrations and probably wear other parts out too. Then add the extra load of a caravan. Seemed like a wise way to spend an extra £170 to me.
When I bought my Octavia at 34,000 miles from a skoda dealer the DMF was on the way out, dealer gave me a choice new DMF or single system, opted for the single system, changed the clutch only at 180,000, taxi miles, for £150 that was parts and labor my mech only charges £25 per hour

Can't speak for the Skoda as I have never owned or worked on one. I fitted a new clutch to my Mondeo a couple of weeks ago. I was quoted £650 all in and told it was about a 5 hour job. Ended up paying £380 for the parts and doing it myself.
Seen many mixed reviews on the single mass flywheels on the Mondeo, but several friends in the trade advised to steer well clear of them as they had fitted them in the past and had problems with 50% of them due to vibrations.
