This is the same Bob that says its safer to go at normal speeds when it is windy as the extra forward motion means the sideways effects of the wind will be less noticeable. Personally I slow down when windy & load the van to get the nose weight as close as possible to the lowest of the car's or the caravan's limit, which ever is the lower.
