Seems like you have to sit down with a couple of hours spare to make sense of 2 lines of text.


So as long as its within the manufacturers specs and under 3500kg its now legal?

New licence holders can now tow in excess of 100%?


And this came into force in January?   Nobody told me my signature was now wrong
