Yes a 110ah battery is better providing that the battery box is big enough to accommodate that size so it's best to measure the height and length of your battery box first. Also some batteries are flat top and others are not which I only recently found out but only a flat top will fit in mine as the other type the poles are too high by about 10mm. so had no choice but opt for a 100ah battery for this reason.

Depends how far you intend to move the caravan on the mover. If its just in and out of a parking space then the 85 Amp will be fine.

If you have a 200 yard driveway then go bigger.

I have moved my caravan with a jumpstart pack with a 20Ah battery. No issues.
