whiterose this  issue is with all cars at the moment, the price of second hand vehicles is very high due to lack of availabilty. For the last 5 years new car sales have been at an all time low as credit has been hard to find, limited new cars equals limited second hand ones.

you'll have to increase your budget or look at a older model santa fe or start again and pick a different car

I had the same problem earlier this year looking for a second hand 7 seater for my wife, in the end i spent more than i wanted but bought brand new at a substantially reduced rate

The best and cheapest Santa FE to run is a 2010 - 2013 model

they have a 2.2 diesel engine £220 tax a year and very fast i had mine on a   track at 120 MPH and yes they do go off road i have had mine up in the hills at memnock pass in Scotland so clarkson can go and uck

The new 2013 santa Fe is plug ugly and has plastic bits on the wings and as some one else has said mega more expensive so i will be keeping mine for a while yet.
