Saab are good, I think of them as a Vauxhall only better made!

SB has done a very effective job of putting me off ever getting a Skoda. If something is really any good it does not need the hard sell, it will sell itself.

Can your car do 900 to a tank before the fuel warning comes on, no, does it do 35 plus towing highly unlikely, does it cost over £200 for the RFL instead on £130 possibly, what about insurance servicing tyres

Actually mine did 37mpg towing the caravan 1000 miles across Europe, through the Alps and into Italy. Real world driving, major hold-ups, headwinds, steep hills etc. Not bad for a 4x4 with 150bhp. Miles to a tank is irrelevant, it is dependent on the size of the tank. Road fund licence is £125 a year. Insurance fully comp £230. Servicing has cost £400 for 3 years, tyres still on originals.
