If you are
going to stay within the 85% ratio guidelines then 85% of the cars kerbweight
is 1,196kg so that is the MTPLM of caravan you can tow. Of course you could tow
at a higher %, so a Sprite Alpine 4 say at 1,230kg would give you 87%. The car has
a towing limit of 1,400kg GTW - GVW. Check your
V5C document mass in service; it may be higher than the quoted kerbweight, the
mass in service includes the 75Kg EU directive driver / fuel element and work
85% from that.
