Both Berlingo & Partner vans have max tow weights well under your caravan weight so they are no good to you.
The Connect T200 spec quotes a GTM(max weight of van & caravan)of 2840kg & a kerb weight(empty but ready to drive)of 1388kg, this would leave you a total 346kg payload distributed between van & caravan. So leaving a realistic margin, call it 300kg. Not really enough if carrying 2 people plus normal compliment of camping gear although ok if you are careful.
The Connect T220 has GTM of 3040kg so would do the job or next size up Citroen Dispatch would be ok.
