Hi folks
after my last post about a Honda tow bar we have now had a quote from this company. Anyone had any good or bad dealings with them?

Yes we used them for our current car. They were quick and efficient at giving me a quote, they confirmed everything by email and then the fitting was done exactly as promised with no problems then or since.

I'm going to be ordering a new car tomorrow and I expect I'll be getting Towbar Express to quote for the new tow bar. Even if they are slightly dearer I'll probably use them anyway.

PS I prefer to use local suppliers but if they can't be bothered to reply or they quote extortionate prices then I use the people who give me a good service and price.

I used them and regret it. Came out and fitted the towbar ok but there was a problem with the wiring which didn't show up for a week until I towed with the car. Real hard time getting them to come back. They complained that it was too far for a small job.
Would not use again. Will use someone local next time

Hi, I have used them on three occasions and have never had a problem. I have indeed just got a quote of £224 for towbar on mondeo fitted at home which I think is excellent,cheers Paul

Thanks, Folks.
We may now be buying the genuine Honda parts and having a local guy (who we know and trust)to do the fitting.
This will probably cost more than Towbar Exress but we are concerned about any issues with the electronics on the car if we don't use the Honda kit,
