The new supercharged RangeRover would be my choice.
Is thats a bit much how about a 3L Diesel Discovery, Less than £55,000 for one of those.
Budget, Size and weights maybe useful...

What is wrong with the Octavia, for that weight of van it would seem to be almost perfect. I know my brother tows a van that is a little bit heavier than that with his Octavia and finds that it does it really well.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013

If you're already towing with the Fabia, just carry on, why go to the expense of getting another vehicle, if it will yow 100 miles, it will tow 1000 miles, don't forget you will miss the economy when you have to use the larger vehicle in everyday use and they are harder to park

Loading the car with the heavy stuff is what most people do.
It adds weight to the towing vehicle. Not to be used to mask an unsuitable tow vehicle but a belt and braces to keep the caravan weight as low as possible.
Although some tow better when loaded.

If there is only the 2 of you in the car, drop the back seat and you will have extra load space. they fold nearly flat in the hatch and estate versions
What else do you need to carry, a porch awning will sit inside the van over the axle, they are fairly light, or put it in the car.
You could easily load the car to the weight of 2 adults sitting on the back seat so anything up to 60 KG = 2 15 stone adults.
If you already have everything you need just carry on towing, with the knowledge that you have the extra capacity if required

There is only one answer if you want more traction with a 4x4! The Octavia Estate 2.0TDi 4x4, very good Haldex system which transfers more power to rear wheels when it is needed and 33-35mpg towing, lots of load and carry space.
------------- Skoda Octavia Estate 2.0TDi 4x4 (2012) towing a Compass Omega 482 (2014)
