Are you thinking of the type that sends the pressures to a monitor in the car?

If interested in a cheaper solution, on the motorbike, I fitted a type that was just a replacement for the valve cap. If the pressure was correct it showed green, if slightly down the green would be partially red and if a certain pressure showed red.

This way you could see, at a glance, if the pressures were right or not. They come in different pressure settings as the bike was different front to back.

Another Tyrepal user here too. I opted for the 6 sensor model and although I had a problem with one sensor almost a year after I bought it they sent me a new one out straight away without a hesitation. I have found there after sales service excellent.
