i have a citren piccasso 2 lit diesel max wieght 1300kl towing the caravan is a bailey vendee 2003 max 1319 is it legal to tow with it if i only lightly load it to 1270 klo.

I agree with the above comments. We had the same car and it's not powerful enough to tow that sort of weight anyway, it's only 92bhp. I can just imagine it grinding to a halt on a hill and sliding down backwards like that you tube video.
