OH went on C&CC towing course.
Not much information up front.
They use your vehicle and will have the volunteer instructor and up to three other course participators in your vehicle.
Word perfect insurance certificate is required (to their standard) for your vehicle!
But they did not have any service evidence for the caravan(s) that they were going to hook on the back of your vehicle, and were surprised to be asked.
A lot of money when the event is manned by volunteers and you use your own vehicle for your benefit as well as that of other participants.
Check the details before you hand any money over.
On the Caravan Club course each participant uses his own car.
It took place in a very large empty private car park and the caravans were stripped down units to make them as light as possible and suitable for as wide a range of cars as possible.
The service history of the units seems totally irrelevant and most people would be extremely surprised to be asked that on the day of the course.
