Theres nothing to worry about
Birk brow just past guisborough is no problem just hit the bottom in 3rd gear and dont be tempted to change up before the last corner all the other inclines over the moor road are easy

You'll have no problems whatsoever with that combo. The road is narrow in places and some tight bends, but just take it slow and steady. Remember you're on holiday! If a queue builds up find somewhere to pull off and let them pass.
