Hi,
We are looking for some advice on buying a new (used) car for every day use & to tow our trigano ranger FC. At present we have a Grand Scenic 1.9dci. We have been looking at the Qasqhai 1.5dci (1200 kg) & the Scenic XMOD 1.6dci (1300kg). We no longer feel we need the boot capacity of the Grand Scenic. Don't want to spend over £16,000. Feel like we're going round in circles trying to decide, any comments ideas would be appreciated,

Which Randger is it? The heaviest 575 is 1000kgs or less so most cars will cope ok. We changed cars 6 months ago and the Qashqai was on our list but if you can afford it go for a 1600 diesel, much more power if you decide to go for a bigger unit in the future. In the end we have gone for a Focus 1.6 diesel estate, plenty of power, good fuel economy when solo, comfortable and feels pretty solid.
