GVW max 2200
Unladen probably about 1600

Towing capacity 1800 or 1700

Caravan 1300 MTPLM?

I reckon it should tow fine

OK on a B licence

Hi GCB

I have got the 160bhp ecoflex engine, and it tows fine apart from really low gearing on the ecoflex

My brother in law has got the 130bhp and he is more than happy with it - he tows a Bailey Unicorn Vigo with no problems, and also does not suffer the low gearing issues

Hope this helps

We tow using the Insignia 2ltr 160hp diesel. Pulls our Bailey Pageant champagne weight 1350 without any issues. Great car to drive set cruise to 55 and sit back and relax.

I dont like the estate as when the tailgate is open the light lenses stick down and scalp you when walking past, from experience!

A few people who I know who've had them as either hire cars or company cars have not liked them compared to other cars, uncomfortable, road noise were two comments I remember, also no phone connectivity on one model.

Hi
I have had a insignia elite and a se and they have been great cars inbetween i had a bmw 318 which i sent back as it wouldnt pull the skin off a sausage. I find mine very comfortable i dont get the road noise but i use good tyres. My phone connects no problems and my iphone connects so i listen to podcast and music.

I have the 2.0D 160bhp 4x4 Insignia, its a really solid tow car and pulls my 1650kg Swift without any issues!.

I don't know what the Tow Limits are for the 130bhp, but they are generally heavy cars. I have taken my car to a weigh bridge and it is over 1800kg with fuel just out of the red.
