The answer is yes, standard size ball diameter for UK/Europe(ie ISO standard)is 50mm. All the Al-ko compatable flange ball has different is longer & deeper neck to accommodate Al-ko stabiliser hitch at full articulation so Al-ko flange ball can be used with any other hitch.
