Ok,thanks for pointing that out,but we have a large twin axle and the dealer suggested the v70.But i liked the 300c better.Having said that he asked us what milage we do and we said very little,so he said the volvo is not suitable due to some filter that is very expensive and dont last long with short journeys.

that will be the dpf, they are fine as long as you do some motorway driving from time to time to ensure they get to temp

Without being prescriptive as to OP's choice of vehicle, pls see conclusion of my post of 09 Jan:   

"..... go for a tow vehicle of your choice as long as a Max Drawbar Loading figure of 100kg is specified."
