Some friends have just bought their first caravan and I have offered to fit the towbar for them. The car is a Tucson and the caravan has an AL-KO hitch. My question is, will the following towbar be suitable?

The seller is certain that none of their towbars are AL-KO compatible which I find strange as I was lead to believe all Swan necks are.

All help appreciated

Swan neck towbar should be ok for Al-KO stabiliser hitch. Its the short flange type that dosen't have clearence for hitch on sharp turns so any swan neck should be ok.

I wouldnt use a company that didnt know the products they were selling.

Company based and registered in Italy.

I'm thinking the same as you Grampian. Although they have good feedback and the item is in the UK, they are based in Italy and they certainly don't seem to know their products which puts me off.

Think I'll take my business elsewhere.
