We need a bit more information to give a sensible answer to your question.
We need to know the kerb weights of the vehicles to check the match with the caravan.
We need the gross train weights to ensure that they are not exceeded.
If you passed your test after 1997 do you have the licence entitlement to drive this outfit?
Come back with the extra information and we'll be able to help.

Either will do the job, but if the choice were mine I would take the SE lux over the SE if I could afford it. So that would be the AWD.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013

Both cars would give you a safe tow match but I'd go for the AWD as the nose weight is higher, the 75kg may be a bit low for your caravan and wouldn't give you the option of going for a heavier van in future.
Gross train weight is usually max loaded weight of car plus max possible trailer weight. Some vehicle manufacturers work it out differently so that if your car is fully loaded you have to tow a lighter caravan. If the gross train weight is not shown in the brochure you should find it on the weight plate on the car which is usually just inside the drivers door.

The AWD is mostly FWD until there is slippage on the front wheels then drive is passed to rear wheels. If you are a caravan club member check out the Volvo offer under member offers.

I got a XC60 D5 SE Auto AWD in January, currently on our third trip with it.
Great towcar.
SE spec is pretty full, with the winter pack and spare wheel added from the options list I don't feel I am missing out spec wise.
I took up the CC offer mentioned above.

Either would be fine for that van.
The main difference in those two is the engines. The FWD will have the new 4 cylinder 2.0 engine and the Awd will have the older 2.4 5 cylinder engine. Suggest you drive both to see which you prefer
