Have a look on auto trader, find similar from VW or Skoda, and have a look at the mileages.
The 130 should give NP if its been serviced, if you go ahead make sure the Belts and water pump have been changed, every 60K, and the gearbox oil and filter, if not make it part of the deal, and ask to see the parts and service bill, the 130 tdi is renowned for being bullet proof, and good for in excess of 500,000, as long as the oil is changed every 10K
