I'm slightly suspicious. Not of the Skodas particularly but of the fact that so many of the cars that are tested are so obviously not suited for caravanning - daft 1 litre petrol motors and other cars so light they'd be hard put to tow a trailer tent.

Didn't top gear use it because it won an award from one of the towcar tests?

They proved it was awful as a towcar.

The winner in the category of unsuitable towcars is the car from the company that sponsors the test.
