As checkly says you'll have trouble with the towbar one due to the nose weight
they only seem to work on big 4X4 or small vans
(as I found out after buying a Witter towbar one!)
eg
Ace Miro approx. 1270
5%=63.5
7%=89
Mptlm approx. 1500
5%= 75
7%=105
Kuga Nose weight limit 105
witter rack 8k
bikes on average 16k ( mountain bikes heavier)
So if you run full ie 1500 and a low noseweight you'll manage 1
running empty ( completely empty ) you'll scrape 2
Secondly is the Kuga and the Nightstar a good match? I looked at them and the weights didn't work at the 85% anyway I would have been limited to about 1,400 max
