No I did not , I said it's better to keep the van down south, as it saves around £100 in fuel rather than tow it up and down from Scotland,
BTW how do you know your Mondeo is heavy enough for your weight Bessie, it could be much lighter,
BTW2,finally found out that the figures quoted are for the lightest version of the superb, with the 1.4 petrol engine, not the ones with the diesel that are much heavier, the brochures do not reflect this, and only give the kerb weight for the base petrol model
