Its not going to do any lasting damage, its no different from overheating brakes. Clutch plates are no different to brake pads. Some drivers can make them last twice as long as others.
This front towbar thing always makes me smile. Do you seriously, I mean seriously think that the average caravanner is going to have so much trouble reversing their caravan that they would go to the expense of fitting a front towbar on the average family hatchback or suv? I mean, how much would that devalue the car, for starters?

Ok good answer. So is it if I ride the clutch, I probably do do that when reversing as I have to keep adjusting the wheel all the time. Front towbar is probably worse than motor mover. Learning to reverse is a better solution

Then shows the drivers view of a ruddy great trailer blocking the entire view. Sorry but i think i'll pass. New clutch would be cheaper anyway
