I don't know if this has been discussed before, but I read on the Kia sorento website forum about a recall of Sorento mk 1's because of concern about rusting axle brackets, got in touch with my local dealer who informs me that mine has been rectified, told my brother who found out his hadn't so he booked it in to be done, this work is FOC,just thought I'd let everyone who has a Sorento know about this in case they were/are unaware of the problem,it could lead to an MOT failure, and if it wears through the axle casing,it can be a £5000 repair bill, the FOC offer is ending on the 31/3 so not long to find out,all you need is to tell the dealer your reg' number,or if you have a personal plate, the vin number
