I have an old compass van 1990 and tow with a vw bora can anybody recommend a stabiliser system I can use ??? Many thanks scott

Bulldog loads secondhand on ebay, easy to fit and they work. Wouldn't tow with out a stabilizer myself.

Easy if the towball is a two bolt fitted one; an awful bodge of a clamping system if it is a "swan-neck".

You can get instructions there. There are other brands of this type they all work on more or less the same principle but not all the parts intermix.
