Sorry but you have left yourself wide open with that question. Simply put you have to look out for overtaking cars etc in your new mirrors. Take care and enjoy. As long as they are secure and do not vibrate or move out of position you are OK.
Just make sure you clamp them to the widest part of your mirror so the clamps are as far apart as possible. That will make them the most steady.
I've got the normal aeros on my Peugeot partner which has very tall mirrors, narrowing at the top. The dealer fitted them to the top and they were not steady. Fitted to the bottom they are magic.
