You need to know the max weight (MTPLM) of the caravan and make sure it is lower than the max tow weight of the car. I expect your Mokka has a max tow weight of 1200 kg which you can check on the weight plate on the car. As you got your licence before 1997 you are not restricted to 3500 kg gross train weight but I'm sure that your car has a gross train weight lower than that.

PS Is that a twin axle caravan? If so it will be too heavy for the car, you'll need a much heavier, more powerful car to tow that.
