Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place and is probably an outside chance that anyone will spot it!

My Dad's Black and Kia Sorrento reg T7 BSL was stolen from Woverly Camping and Caravan club site last night (it's a 57 plate Kia)

If anyone sees it or is offered a cheap Kia Sorrento please call the police

That's terrible. How on earth did they get it out? Don't you need a code to get out the gate of a CCC site?

They drove through the fence!! guess fences and barriers are not a problem if they want something!

We had all our fishing tackle stolen from the same site in 1981. It was all inside the tent (and so were we!) There is (or used to be) a back gate which makes it possible to get onto the site without entering a code or passing reception. I assume your car thieves may have come in that way then drove through the fence onto the car park?

There is a back gate to the pub,its locked sometime in the evening, making it a long walk to the main gate!
I thought modern cars were harder to steal, as Sorentos have alarms and immobilisers. Sorry for their loss.

So had your Dad been minus the car keys as well as the Kia Sorrento?
Judging by the above posts it sounds very much like that would be the case.
