No, it means 750kg is weight of fully laden trailer or caravan, ie caravan + all your gear in caravan must not weigh more than 750kg. You could carry some gear in car though.
As mentioned earlier Freedom caravans have a fully laden weight of 750kg & so does Eriba Puck. You may find other small older caravans, say 1980s early 1990s are under that weight as well.
