If you do a search on this forum you'll find loads of threads on the Kuga. I would have bought one but I thought they were quite expensive.

I admit that it's a nice looking car but there are other rivals out there that make better towing vehicles for less money.

I have a 2010 Kuga AWD 163 Titanium pulling a 2011 Swift Charisma 545
Can't fault it st all went from west Yorks to Somerset in Aug fully loaded on half a tank of diesel
Tows effortlessly

We have a 2016 Titanium X, 180bhp, auto. The best vehicle I have ever towed with.

There are a lot of good SUV tugs around though.

Of course you need to be sure of your weight ratios.
We opted for the 2 litre AWD version on a 2009 plate as it had a higher towing capacity and a split boot opening which is ideal for the dog, it is spot on for what we want.
Each to their own but after lots of homework it was the right choice for us.
No regrets.
