To give a sensible answer we need to know the MTPLM of your caravan. I think the Rimini is quite heavy so do you have a B+E licence? We also need some idea of your budget.

Hi caravan is 1431 mtplm plus motor mover,I have a mokka just now 1.7tdi but not strong enough will be trading it somebody mentioned a Toyota rav 4.

No it's not 1431kg + the motor mover, its 1431kg GROSS (MAX).

The mover weight needs to be added to the unladen or MIRO weight, which reduces your loading limit.

Gross weight 1431kg MRO 1279 (get it weighed)
Minus 40kg or so for the mover so your MRO is now 1319kg so your loading limit is now only 112kg not 152kg. ***


Most large family estates should tow that, but it depends on your licence, when did you pass your driving test? Do you have B&E?

Latest shape RAV 4 with the 2L diesel with 4wheel drive?

The 2wheel drive versions are lighter.


*** the caravan may actually weigh more than the book weights. Weigh it before you start loading it.

What about the B+E licence? What about your budget? Unless you answer the questions we can't give any sensible answers.

The Mokka probably has a max tow of 1200kg so can't tow the Rimini at all.

I tow a 1500kg 2016 Swift Sprite Major 4 SB with a 66 plate Kx-3 Sportage AWD 2.0 crdi , perfect match weigh wise and 100kg noseweight limit .
Plenty of low down Torque

I have just ordered a bailey Rimini and I will tow it with my Skoda Superb. It comes out at 91% so not too concerned.
