Hi, a friend of mine has text me this morning to tell me to drive to St Andrews and then back down to Anstruther, to avoid a hairpin bend with my outfit. I've searched the web and forums, cant find much on the subject, looked at it on google maps, looks tricky but not worth a 45 minute detour, anybody been through that ?

nothing to worry about.been to crail with caravan along this road, just take your time. if you go on to google maps street view , go to A917 junction with the high street,and take a look. house on corner has sea shells up the wall

Thanks Steve, i did just that, took ma time, just common sense, slowly nudge round slightly wide until a good driver comes along on the other side and slows down to let you round

No bother , my friend doesn’t have a caravan but said he witnessed a bit of a jam there, he lives up that way part time
