Check the V5 and the vehicle handbook to get the max towing limits. Most of the Conway outfits are unbraked so it's the unbraked towing limit you need to check.
The best place to get a towbar fitted is usually a local independent towbar fitter. If you put your location in your profile somebody may suggest a local fitter, otherwise a quick Google should help.
