Looking to upgrade our car but can't decide were looking possibly spending up to 12k cars on our list are honda crv ford kuga or nissan x trail which we have at mo it's to tow a swift mtlp of 1425 can anyone push us to make a decision even looked at Vauxhall antara

I've a 150bhp kuga with a elddis 550 and it's not a great match,prberbly go for an x trail

Which ever you decide on, check the towing limits if opting for an auto, as they can be quite low.

I wanted an auto CRV, but it had a 1,500Kgs limit, but, confusingly, Honda recommended "less than that if towing".

Ok we have narrowed it down to a be a vw tiguan or a ford kuga both 2 litre diesel tdi just hoping enough people push me in right direction!!!!

On paper; the 2014 Tiguan has better BHP,torque, boot space and better mpg than the Kuga, but you can do a full comparison by looking on here:

Look for the make and model, (I can't advise you here), look under specification for each one, choose a model, and have a read.

Towed for last three years with AWD 163 bhp Kuga can't fault it, it tows our Charisma 545 effortlessly
